Our cases offer superior phone protection, and
adhere to drop tests as per MIL std 810 D (military grade!). For those seeking
the most rugged protection, we recommend our Ultra Tough Case, which includes a
dual layer of protection. Those who are looking for both slick and slim
look together with a firm protection, we recommend our Snap Case, which
includes our protective exterior hard shell without the extra rubber weight.

Our cases are designed with raised edges for
stopping the screen of your phone coming into contact with other surfaces. However,
please be advised that our cases will NOT protect your phone from a DIRECT hit to
the screen or the camera lens. We recommend you check out our Nano Liquid

Yes. We offer a 12-month Warranty for all of our
products. If something happened to your case, just let us know and we will send
you a new one ASAP. We also offer a a lifetime warranty for all cases. Please
check this option in the checkout page.

Our cases are made out of various materials, but
mainly of PC and TPU.  Our materials are 100% recyclable and
sustainable. 

Our current cases allow wireless and MagSafe
charging, but do not work with MagSafe products.

Our cases are compatible with wireless charging.
Please be advised that in case you are using our ClickStand product, you might
need to remove your case to allow for wireless charging to work.

Qases uses only sustainable, reusable or recyclable materials for cases, products and packaging. The most simple way to remove the case is through lifting one corner or
side of the case and then removing the case gently.

The size of Qases cases are generally lightweight
and ergonomic. Weight varies between case types and materials.

Our cases are available for many of the most
popular devices in the market today and also those that are slightly more
“vintage”. Availability of cases difference between case type and is

Ordering:

You can make changes to your orders by sending an email to support@qases.com within 4 hours of your order. 

On order of your products, you will receive a
confirmation email approving that your order has been placed successfully. If
you have not received such confirmation email, please contact us immediately at
support@qases.com for further
assistance.

Qases’s case prices change between device models and case types.  The most updated prices can be found on the product or category pages.

We make our cases by a unique 3D printing process
where the design is embedded into the case surface itself and does not fade or
scratch off, creating high resolution, ultra slick and tough cases.

We stand by our products and offer a 12 months
Warranty should anything happened to them. Your fault or not.

Production:

Our production team will receive your order, print
your case and hand it over to our carriers within 1-4 Business Days (depending
on workload in peak times). Please allow for up to 5 more business days for the
order to reach your door as these times are dependent on your location.

Your patience is appreciated. Kindly note express
shipping doesn't mean express production.

Our cases are printed in one of our production
facilities, located most closely to your address.  This is done to ensure it takes the least
amount of time for you to receive your case

Our Cases use a unique 3D printing process where
the design is embedded into the case surface itself which doesn’t fade or
scratch off.  Some of our other products use this unique technology
also. Other products are printed using percisino UV printing which adheres
to the highest standards.  All inks used are water based and eco
friendly. 

Qases products are generally printed and shipped between 1-3 days from order.  We print only what we sell as a sustainable method for minimizing waste.

Any purchase above $40 includes free regular shipping. Otherwise please refer to the check-out page for both regular and express shipping costs.

Once our carrier scans your package at our production facility, you will receive a tracking number as part of the shipping confirmation email.  This tracking number can be used to track your order with the shipping carrier in a standard method.
